Sam (aka Philosophygal for reasons best known to herself) is, let’s face it, a bit of a homebody*. Never having the inclination to travel much when younger, she’s coming to it a bit late in life. She still thinks the best part of travelling is returning home but is giving it a red hot go anyway. This is the account of her world travelling.

Chris is her more adventurous, (former) other half. Well used to travelling the world, his goal is to drag Sam out of her comfort zone and get her to relish the new experiences. When that doesn’t work so well he supplies vodka, chocolate and a comforting shoulder to cry on.

* the definition of homebody should not include domestic duties in this case – more of a ‘likes staying at home’ kind of deal.
